JujuCo Snail Mail Subscription Policy

Welcome to the JujuCo Snail Mail Club — a slow, thoughtful space where art, storytelling, and a little piece of New Zealand arrive in your letterbox each month. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms designed to keep everything running smoothly for both of us.


🌿 Subscription & Billing

  • Your subscription is billed monthly in NZD.

  • Payments are automatically renewed each month on the date you signed up.

  • You will continue to be billed unless you cancel your subscription.


💌 Monthly Dispatch

  • Each month’s snail mail is carefully prepared and sent between the 1st–5th of the month.

  • This allows time for thoughtful creation, packaging, and posting.


🕊 Delivery frames

  • New Zealand: 5 - 10 working days after dispatch

  • International: typically 7–21 working days

Please note: once your letter has been sent, delivery times are dependent on postal services and may occasionally be delayed. JujuCo cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.


🌼 Cut-Off Dates

  • Subscribe before the 25th of the month to receive the upcoming month’s edition.

  • Subscriptions after this date will roll over to the following month.


🌸 Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will need to create an account to be able to cancel your subscription.

  • To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made before your renewal date.

  • Once a payment has been processed, that month’s letter will still be sent.

  • Go to Manage my subscription to cancel subscription.

🌷 Refunds & Replacements

Due to the nature of handmade and posted items:

  • Refunds are not offered once an item has been dispatched.

  • If your letter is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out within 14 days and I will do my best to arrange a replacement where possible.


🏡 Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

  • JujuCo is not responsible for items sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

  • Returned mail may require additional shipping fees to resend.


🌙 Skipping a Month

  • If you need to pause or skip a month, please get in touch before your billing date and I’ll happily assist where possible.


🎨 Nature of the Product

  • Each month’s snail mail is a surprise and thoughtfully curated.

  • Designs, themes, and included items will vary — this is part of the magic.

This subscription is created with care, intention, and a love for slow moments. By subscribing, you’re supporting small-batch, handmade art — thank you for being part of this little world.
